Detox diet
I can’t believe that it’s already May. I only lost about 2 pounds since I started going to the gym. My metabolism is not as it used to. I also blame my eating habits. I eat like I usually would. I guess I don’t have that much physical activities and walking exercises. Hence, I enrolled myself to another month of gym membership in the hopes of getting better results. My goal was to be so skinny that I look so malnourish. It has been years and I only noticed that once did I only get to be below a 100 lbs. It was because I got sick and being sick is not the best option to going skinny.

I’m planning on doing detox again. My sisters are into calamansi fruit detox juiced in warm water with no sugar. I wonder if it’s still going to hurt my stomach. Right now, I’m willing to try it again.

She and I were so close during Elementary. But after we graduated, she transferred to La Salle and I MSU-IIT. Our lives were so the same that must be why we connected as young girls. We met again in College when she went to MSU-IIT to study and where I studied as well. I guess I was very shy on how to approach her. We did not contact each other during High School. We each have our own lives then. Six years after graduating College, I am now based in Cebu and she in Ireland. She posted a shout out and I just could not resist reaching out. # 37 WORK OUT EVERY OTHER DAY FOR ONE MONTH
Here is a proposal for my fitness plan for the month of March. It is so much better to get this started so soon before summer hits in. This is a sure fire way to lose those unwanted flab before everyone hits the beach this April, May and June.
