Detox diet
I can’t believe that it’s already May. I only lost about 2 pounds since I started going to the gym. My metabolism is not as it used to. I also blame my eating habits. I eat like I usually would. I guess I don’t have that much physical activities and walking exercises. Hence, I enrolled myself to another month of gym membership in the hopes of getting better results. My goal was to be so skinny that I look so malnourish. It has been years and I only noticed that once did I only get to be below a 100 lbs. It was because I got sick and being sick is not the best option to going skinny.

I’m planning on doing detox again. My sisters are into calamansi fruit detox juiced in warm water with no sugar. I wonder if it’s still going to hurt my stomach. Right now, I’m willing to try it again.
